Exchanges and Returns

The customer has 14 days from the moment of receiving the product to return the goods, by directly contacting the designated Jodental staff via the email address ordini@jodental.it. Once the communication has been received, Jodental informs the customer of the procedures to be implemented to exercise their right of withdrawal and sends the instructions for the collection of the goods, which must be carried out via the designated courier.From the moment the products are received and their condition is verified, the refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, with the exception of the payment of the cash on delivery which is refunded via bank transfer. If the product, or its packaging, is damaged or opened, the product is used by the Customer or specifically ordered for the customer (i.e. "On order"), Jodental reserves the right not to accept the return and send the goods back to the Customer's premises. In this case, the shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.
