SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are invoiced by Jodental. In the event that the Customer returns the products in accordance with the procedure provided for in these Terms and Conditions and the applicable legislation, the shipping costs will not be refunded. The amounts of these costs depend, among other things, on the size of the order, as well as management, shipping and other services. Shipping costs are always and only borne by the customer if the latter opts for express delivery. Express delivery is only available for some products and only for some delivery addresses. When sending the order (checkout), the customer will see, if available, the possibility of opting for express shipping and the related additional costs. This option provides for the delivery of the goods within one working day from the Order Confirmation. If delivery does not take place within this period due to non-compliance by Jodental for example for a delay in preparing the order, the customer will be reimbursed for the shipping costs incurred. If, however, delivery does not occur within this period due to the Courier's failure to comply, or if for example the goods were collected by the Courier in good time but subsequently, for any reason, remained blocked in a warehouse of the Courier himself, or of the Customer, or if for example the Courier was unable to deliver the goods because the Customer himself was absent or the address communicated during Checkout was incomplete or incorrect, the Customer will not be reimbursed in any way for the shipping costs incurred. All shipments are promptly tracked by our partners' tracking systems.
